You can also search by any keyword with our search engine. (Please read "How to search" below.)

We use the SSI technology to encrypt the information you send us through our Shopping Cart, so that it cannot be read in transit. When you input your information, you may notice that an unbroken key (if you are using Netscape Navigator 3.0 or earlier), or an locked padlock (if you are using Netscape Communicator 4.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer) appears at the left bottom of your browser.
There is no guarantee that an album listed will actually be shipped right away. An album may be in stock when you place your order, but may be sold out by the time your order is processed. We will try our best to re-order as soon as possible and will notify you through email.(Especially, promo items are very limited quantity, and it is possible to unable to re-order.)
We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. You may return any unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable.
If you receive a defective item(except the broken jewel cases), please contact us: service@arksquare.net. We will issue you a full refund, including shipping and handling, after we have recieved your returned defective product.
It generally takes about 3-4 weeks to process a domestic return. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
