To Customers using "hotmail" e-mail addresses
2026.04.17
Since early April, we have confirmed that emails are not reaching "hotmail" addresses (resulting in errors).
This may be due to Microsoft’s reputation assessment, which has resulted in the IP address of the server we use being listed on a “blacklist” (RBL), causing emails to be rejected.
We have submitted a request to our hosting provider to have this restriction lifted, but it is currently unclear how long it will take for the issue to be resolved.
As this is a security policy enforced by a third-party service, it is difficult for us to pinpoint the exact cause of the error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
We kindly ask customers using "hotmail" email addresses to use an email address other than hotmail for the time being when placing orders or making inquiries.
Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.
