Revision of rates for International Postage Rates effective on October 1st, 2023, Japan time (GMT+9)
[[[[[ Japan Post has made the following announcement: "Transport costs and delivery costs overseas have been rising. In order to ensure stable international mail service for our customers, we will partially revise international postage rates effective Sunday, October 1, 2023. Thank you for understanding and cooperation."
Due to this change, our shipping & handling fee will change (by area) from October 1st, 2023 (For all orders "shipping" after October 1st. - The shipping & handling charges will be changed for orders we get before September 30th.) ]]]]]
Our Policy on "Shipping & Handling Rates" has changed as follows:
We recommend delivery via EMS (Express Mail Service-registered)/DHL for a faster and safer delivery.
Please check the box for 'Sending by EMS'.
All parcels heavier than 2 kilograms (more than 17 CD's) will be shipped via EMS (or DHL), because for a parcel weight over 2 kilograms, the EMS shipping cost is actually lower than regular airmail, not to mention it being faster and safer.
Regular air mail will be sent as a small package.(Under 2 kg)
COUNTRIES except Japan: ASIA: $5.90 for the first disc and $1.50 for each additional disc. Additional charge for registered mail is $3.60.
EUROPE, CANADA, OCEANIA, MEXICO, MIDDLE EAST: $7.00 for the first disc and $1.80 for each additional disc. Additional charge for registered mail is $5.60.
THE UNITED STATES (including overseas territories like Guam): $9.90 for the first disc and $2.20 for each additional disc. Additional charge for registered mail is $5.60.
SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA, AFRICA: $8.90 for the first disc and $2.40 for each additional disc. Additional charge for registered mail is $5.60.
For EMS(Express/registered) mail or DHL, there is an additional fee which is set at $10.00: ASIA 1 (China/Korea/Taiwan) / $14.00: ASIA 2 (Except Asia 1 area) / $21.50: EUROPE, CANADA, OCEANIA, MEXICO, MIDDLE EAST / $20.00: THE UNITED STATES (including overseas territories like Guam) / $20.00: SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA, AFRICA.
Orders with over 17 CD's will be automatically changed to shipping by EMS and calculated according to weight and shipping destination.
Please note: All mail packages are shipped at the customer's risk.
We will NOT be responsible for any losses if you choose to ship with "Airmail (unregistered)".
JAPAN : Add $5.80 in shipping and handling charges to all areas of Japan.
All mail packages are shipped at the customer's risk.
We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-JAPAN shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
All orders except Japan may be expected to arrive within 5-14 business days for Air-Mail/ around 1-3 weeks for Registered SAL.
Japan orders will arrive in 2-7 days.
Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly. You will be charged for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error on your part.
In the event that an order is shipped by EMS/DHL (Registared Air Mail) is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This may take up to 6 months.
