ある田舎町にミリィという少女の家族が引っ越してきた。隣家には、両親を事故で亡くして以来、自閉症になった少年エリックが住んでいた。ミリィは、エリックがいつも屋根に上って空を飛ぶ真似をしているのを見る。やがてミリィは自分の優しさで、エリックの心を開こうとするが……。少女と少年の穏やかなふれ合いをあたたかく描いたファンタスティックなメルヘン。監督：ニック・キャッスル、出演：ルーシー・ディーキンズ、ジェイ・アンダーウッド。1985年米。
