In the tense 72 hours before D-Day, and with the fate of the free world hanging in the balance, Pressure follows General Dwight D. Eisenhower and Captain James Stagg as they face an impossible choice?launch the largest and most dangerous seaborne invasion in history or risk losing the war altogether.
"The collaboration with Anthony Maras on Pressure was a wonderful process of exploration," composer Volker Bertelmann notes. "In this second collaboration with him, I was trying to capture the scientific approach of a meteorologist and also the boldness of him staying true to science and his experience. The amazing cast made it easy to find the right spots where music can become its own character in the film. I am so glad to be a part of Pressure!"
