ご主人様のアンディと楽しい時間を過ごしてきたおもちゃたち。しかし、17歳になったアンディは、すでにおもちゃで遊ぶこともなくなり、また大学へ進学するため引っ越しの準備をしていた。そして、アンディの一番のお気に入りだったウッディだけが彼の引っ越し先へ持って行かれることとなり、バズや他のおもちゃたちは屋根裏部屋行きに。だが、ある手違いで危うくゴミに出されるところだった彼らは、ウッディの説得もむなしく、サニーサイドと呼ばれる託児施設行きを決断する。ロッツォというクマのヌイグルミに迎えられ、新たな遊び相手が出来たことを喜ぶ一同。ところがそこは、おもちゃを破壊する凶暴な幼児ばかりの、おもちゃにとってまさに地獄といえる場所だった。ひとりその難を逃れていたウッディは、仲間たちの危機を知り、急いで彼らのもとへと向かうのだったが…。監督：リー・アンクリッチ。
