ゾンビであふれた終末世界を舞台とする、ストーリードリブン型のオープンワールドアクションRPG『ダイイングライト2 ステイ ヒューマン』のオリジナル・サウンドトラック。
トラックリスト本作の舞台は、文明が崩壊した世界における人類最後の砦「シティ」。
しかし、この「シティ」も生存者同士の争いにより崩壊の危機を迎えています。
プレイヤーはここで様々な人々に出会い、物語を進める中で数多くの選択を迫られることになります。そして、その選択は物語だけでなく、シティの姿そのものにも多大な影響をもたらします。
本作には昼夜のサイクルが存在しており、昼と夜で「シティ」は異なる顔を見せます。
日中は人間が主に活動しており、危険度は低めです。とはいえ敵対的な人物や建物内に潜むゾンビに遭遇することもあるため、油断してはいけません。
夜が訪れると、シティにはゾンビが溢れ、非常に危険な世界へと変貌します。
一方で、日中の探索が困難な、ゾンビの巣窟となっている建物に潜入できるチャンスにもなるのです。
