The 13th year of the event is themed "Seigaitten" and features live performances by Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, and KAITO! The Blu-ray package includes the live stage from TOKYO, featuring the event's original theme song "Lustrous / *Luna feat. Hatsune Miku." The main disc fully captures the entire night performance from the final day at the TOKYO venue on August 31. The package visual uses the event's main artwork illustrated by Tiv. The limited edition package comes in a deluxe case with special processing inspired by the event theme "Seigaitten." Comes with a local-style cheki photo card of the Virtual Singers (SENDAI) (also included in the regular edition) and a special book. *Main disc includes Japanese lyrics subtitles.
