Based on Asakura Kasumi's novel "HIRABA NO TSUKI" (Kobunsha Bunko), winner of the 32nd Yamamoto Shugoro Prize and hailed as “an unprecedented adult love story,” directed by Doi Hiroyasu of "TSUMI NO KOE" and "HANATABA MITAI NA KOI WO SHITA." After separating from his wife, protagonist Kenma Aoto returns to his hometown, finds work at a printing company, and lives a modest, peaceful life. Yoko Sudo, whom Aoto had loved during junior high, is now widowed and supports herself with part-time work. Both single and having accumulated various life experiences, they find common ground and begin to bridge the time apart since junior high. The two find themselves naturally drawn to each other once more. Soon, they begin discussing their futures... The music for the film "HIRABA NO TSUKI" is composed by Yoshiaki Dewa.
