The year 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of the Japanese theatrical release of the animated version of "The Lion King," and the latest film "The Lion King: Mufasa" will be released in theaters on December 20! To commemorate this anniversary year of "The Lion King," the 30th anniversary edition of the original soundtrack will also be released!
The Lion King," an epic poem depicting the theme of 'life' set in the magnificent land of Africa, has reached the pinnacle of film, theater, and music, and has won all the film and music awards, The Lion King" has won numerous film and music awards. The original soundtrack of this film, which can truly be called the "King of Entertainment," has been certified by Guinness World Records as the best-selling animated film soundtrack.

The 30th anniversary edition includes English and Japanese versions of all the songs from the animated version of "The Lion King," including "Circle of Life," "I Can't Wait to Be King," and "Feel the Love," all of which were composed by Elton John, as well as Elton's own version. Also included is the magnificent score to the story by Hans Zimmer.
The package comes in a 7-inch (approximately 18 cm square, larger than a regular CD size) paper jacket featuring images of scenes from the movie. This is a limited edition, must-have disc for fans who can enjoy the music of "The Lion King" all in one package.
