The soundtrack CD for the all-new TV anime "Ranma 1/2," a fresh production of manga artist Rumiko Takahashi's timeless masterpiece, is now released!! While character designs and visual expressions have been updated for modern audiences, the core slapstick romantic comedy remains intact, garnering enthusiastic support across generations. This soundtrack features all 44 BGM tracks that color the world of the new "Ranma 1/2". It includes music that evokes a wide range of emotions, from pop and lighthearted everyday scenes to dynamic action and heartwarming, touching moments. Composition and arrangement are handled by Kaoru Wada, known for his work on numerous classic anime soundtracks. While staying true to the atmosphere of the original manga and anime, the music incorporates modern sounds, creating a collection enjoyable for both fans of the original and the new work. It also includes TV size versions of the opening theme "Promised Lover" by ano and the ending theme "You're Nothing" by Liria. from the first season broadcast in 2024.
