In this film, the showman Hector is played by Javier Bardem, a renowned actor who has appeared in numerous international blockbusters such as "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Last Airbender" and won the Academy AwardR for Best Supporting Actor for "No Country". The voice of Lyle, the crocodile with the miraculous singing voice, is voiced by the world-famous singer Shawn Mendes, whose album "Shawn Mendes" debuted at #1 on iTunes in 80 countries and territories, reached #1 on the US Billboard 200 album chart, and has been nominated for the 61st and 62nd consecutive Grammy Awards. The Japanese dubbed version will be performed by Shawn Mendes.

In the Japanese dubbed version, Yo Oizumi plays the role of Lyle, the "singing crocodile," and is joined by Kanji Ishimaru, Nana Mizuki, and a cast of other splendid voice actors!
National actor Yo Oizumi breaks new ground with a "singing-only" role with no dialogue. The Japanese dubbed version of the film also boasts a superb cast, including Kanji Ishimaru as Hector, and Nana Mizuki as Mrs. Prim, the mother of the boy Josh, with whom Lyle has formed a friendship.

The film has an audience score of 95% on Rotten Tomatoes (as of October 2022)! (as of October 2022).

Story
New York City. Hector, a showman, hears an enchanting singing voice in an old pet store. What was singing was a crocodile. Hector tries to make Lyle the alligator his partner, but Lyle turns out to have stage fright, and the show is a disaster. Hector leaves, leaving Lyle alone in the attic of his apartment. He clutched the music player that Hector had left behind .......

One day, many years later, a boy and his family move into the house where Lyle hides. The boy, Josh, also has a deep loneliness in his heart, just like Lyle. Lyle begins to sing slowly again in front of Josh. Eventually, the two begin to communicate with each other through song. ......
