In 2023, "The Time Traveller's Wife" was made into a musical, with music by Grammy Award-winning artist Joss Stone and Dave Stewart of the world-renowned band Eurythmics, and a book by popular playwright Lauren Gunderson. The original work is the novel of the same name by Audrey Niffenegger, published in the United States in 2003, which made the New York Times bestseller list and became a worldwide bestseller with over 2.5 million copies sold. It depicts two people who, tossed about by an unreasonable fate in which they never know when or where they will jump to, continue to think of each other across time and space. The soundtrack of the acclaimed musical of the same name, which drew standing ovations night after night in London's West End, is released in a Japanese edition.
