Akira Kosemura has released the original soundtrack for the Netflix movie "This Is I," featuring music by Akira Kosemura. This Is I" is the story of Ai, who dreams of becoming an idol, and the traumatized Dr. Wada. Ai, who dreams of becoming an idol, and Dr. Wada, a doctor with a broken heart, desperately go through a sometimes bright, sometimes fierce journey, depicting the irreplaceable trust and bond between them. The heart-wrenching true story of Ai, who struggled from an early age with the question of "what is the real me?" and suffered from the cold gaze of the world, but never let go of her dream of becoming an idol, and Dr. Wada, who opened the door to gender reassignment surgery, which was taboo at the time. Kosemura, who was in charge of the musical accompaniment for this film, has written 25 songs with a modern classical sound using piano and orchestral music to accompany the solitude of the two and to encourage their hope, gently accompanying their feelings. The music, which is deeply penetrating and well-honed, gently envelops the story of the two, as if in contrast to the musical scenes that unfold against a backdrop of 80's to 2000's classics. The lead role is played by Haruki Mochizuki, an 18-year-old rising star selected by audition. The role of Koji Wada, a real-life doctor who brings about a major turning point for the main character, is played by Takumi Saito, a talented actor with a strong presence in a wide range of genres. The film was adapted from the book "It's a Wonderful Life" by Haruna Ai, who dominated the world with her mouth-crunching imitation of Air Aya, and Koji Wada and Kimiko Fukamachi's "Penis Cutter: The Story of a Doctor Who Saved a Gender Identity Disorder," and was planned by Osamu Suzuki and directed by Yusaku Matsumoto, whose works include "Winny. The film was adapted from "Gender Identity Disorder: The Story of a Doctor Who Saved a Woman.
