TIDELAND

Tideland is the soundtrack to the latest film from director Terry Gilliam (The Brothers Grimm, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Meaning of Life) based on the novel by Mitch Cullin. The film is as optimistic as it is surreal, as humorous as it is suspenseful - Tideland is a celebration of the power of a child's imagination.
With a haunting original score by Mychael Danna and Jeff Danna, performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra, Tideland is an unforgettable companion to the film. Also featured are 'Van Gogh in Hollywood,' a track performed by star Jeff Bridges and Chris Pelonis, as well as 'Boom Boom' from blues legend John Lee Hooker.
