Starring: Nanoka Hara; Co-starring: Shinichi Tsutsumi Set against the backdrop of a family that gained attention through video streaming, this Reiwa-era family drama portrays a daughter who, despite being at her father's mercy, strives to carve out a life true to herself. The soundtrack album is set for release on Wednesday, October 28!
Track ListFirst-year college student Noriko Tarayama (played by Nanoka Hara) is a minor celebrity known as "Hot-Tempered Noriko-chan." To bring a smile back to Noriko's face after she stopped attending school during elementary school, her father, Yoshitaka (played by Shin'ichi Tsutsumi), began streaming on the video platform U-tune. A video of Noriko appearing on the family-oriented channel "Tara Channel" and snapping, "Enough already, Dad!" went viral and even became an internet meme. In addition to "Tara Meals"?live streams of their morning and evening meals?the channel releases four themed videos per week. They also actively post content?such as the Instagram-worthy bento boxes Ryotaku makes for Noriko to eat at university, which she uploads regularly as "Tara-ben" on her personal social media account?all in pursuit of their shared dream of reaching 1 million subscribers. The channel currently has 950,000 subscribers. Although they're close to reaching their goal, Noriko's feelings were mixed. In contrast to Ryotaku, who was devoting himself to creating new viral content?from planning concepts and managing updates to monitoring follower trends?a more mature Noriko was beginning to feel uneasy about her daily routine of constantly trying to please her father. From the very beginning of the channel, Ryotaku had publicly stated, "If Noriko ever wants to quit, I'll shut down the channel." However, Ryotaku?who was devoting his heart and soul to reaching the 1 million mark?failed to notice Noriko's change, and Noriko, feeling she couldn't betray his expectations, found herself suppressing her true feelings… Set against the backdrop of a family that gained attention through video streaming, this Reiwa-era family drama depicts a daughter striving to carve out a "life true to herself" while being pulled in different directions by her father. The world of the drama is brought to life through the music of Sayaka Aoki, known for her work on the Netflix series "Downtime" and the drama "Toki Sudeni Osushi!? (It's Already Sushi Time!?)" With a diverse range of music?from comical and humorous tracks to tense, serious numbers and sentimental songs that gently resonate with the heart?she delicately portrays the protagonist's fluctuating emotions.
