A small radio station has sprung up in a town in Okunoto?with just one mission: to bring laughter to the people. Once the broadcasts start, there's no stopping them!
A non-stop entertainment drama where ordinary citizens become stars!

The protagonist, Kanade Hiiragi (played by Momoko Fukuchi), is caught in an earthquake whilst travelling to Noto, her boyfriend's hometown. At the evacuation centre, she receives warm care from Kosuke Matsumoto (played by Masahiro Komoto).
Wanting to repay his kindness, Kanade returns to Noto. There, Matsumoto asks her to become a radio presenter for a disaster relief FM station! Swept up in Matsumoto's passion, housewife Sakura Ono (Takako Tokiwa), firefighter Makoto Nishikawa (Kiyohiko Shibukawa) and the cheerful young man Yutaka Tada (Kaito Ohyagi) join the team. Watching them coolly from the sidelines is Rikuto Unno (Shoma Kai).
Matsumoto says, "It's fine if you're not very good. But please make the listeners laugh." Their goal is a live weekday lunchtime programme! Without fully understanding why radio or why "laughter", Kanade and the others struggle to come up with ideas and find guest performers. Their candid conversations bring laughter and touch everyone's hearts. Eventually, the radio team members, standing before the microphone, begin to speak of the feelings they have kept hidden in their hearts?.
Providing musical support for these people striving to deliver laughter and hope through radio is Natsumi Tabuchi, who is active across a wide range of fields including drama, anime and film. Her music, brimming with energy throughout the series, leaves you feeling uplifted. The soundtrack includes an instrumental version of the theme song, "Fune Ippai no Shiawase wo (A Boat Full of Happiness)".
