A human drama where protagonist Asuka Kunimi, whose life was stolen by her genius shogi player father, reclaims her destiny through the talent blossoming from her deep hatred and her unwavering willpower. Playing the protagonist, Kunimi Asuka, is Non, whose evolution as an actress has been highly acclaimed after appearing in several notable films this year. She completely transforms her previously transparent image to take on an unprecedentedly dark role. Holding back uncontrollable rage, she plays the part of a "dark hero fighting on the board," breaking new ground. Joining her is a stellar cast including Naoto Fujiki, Kana Kurashina, and Shido Nakamura. The music is composed by Senri Tai, who gained attention for works like "Dear My Baby" and "Three Couples." For this film, he masterfully blends fast-paced rhythms with rich string sounds, heightening the tension.

Senri Tai - Composer, Arranger, Drummer, Percussionist
Graduated from the Percussion Course and Jazz Course at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. Involved in music production since high school, working primarily as an assistant for film scores, handling music editing and composition using DAW.
Commenced composing for various visual works and drumming activities while still a student. After graduation, has provided music for numerous projects as a composer and arranger.
