An unknown human drama of those who challenged an unknown virus on the <>. The heart-stopping story and music will move you to tears.

February 2020, Yokohama port, 3,711 passengers and crew from 56 countries - what in the world was happening on that ship?
This is a story based upon the facts about a pandemic experienced by the entire world.

The first outbreak of a new type of coronavirus in Japan occurred on the luxury liner "Diamond Princess" - over 100 passengers complained of symptoms. The disaster relief medical team "DMAT" was called upon to respond to the outbreak. Although specialists in disaster response for earthquakes, floods, and other disasters, the team was not specialized in dealing with an unknown virus.
What would you have done if you had been there that day, at that time, and in that place? This is an unfamiliar human drama of those who challenged the unknown virus on the front line.
Hideharu Yuki (Shun Oguri), a DMAT commander who prioritizes the lives of passengers in front of him, and Nobutaka Tatematsu (Momori Matsuzaka), an official of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, who places the highest priority on not bringing the virus into Japan in order to protect the country. What should be protected on the "front line": this country or the lives in front of us? Yuki's comrade-in-arms from the Great East Japan Earthquake, Yukiyoshi Sendo (Yosuke Kubozuka), and Haruto Sanada (Sousuke Ikematsu), a doctor who left his family behind in Gifu, are on board the ship to take command of the situation, while Hiroko Hatori (Nanana Mori) and other onboard staff work hard to alleviate the passengers' anxiety, even at their own peril, while Mai Ueno (Yuki Sakurai), a doctor who has been on the ship for several years, and others, are trying to help. (Yuki Sakurai) and the rest of the media, who are trying to calm the fears of the passengers, and to get all the passengers and crew off the ship safely, they confront an unknown virus.
