MIGAWARI CHUSHINGURA

The film is an adaptation of the eponymous novel by Akihiro Tsuchihashi, the creator of such blockbuster period comedies as "CHO KOSOKU! SANKIN KOTAI" and "HIKKOSHI DAIMYO!".
This is a delightful period drama entertainment with a splendid cast including Eita Nagayama and Haruna Kawaguchi, with Muro Tsuyoshi in the lead role!
The music is composed by Shogo Kaida, winner of the Japan Academy Prize for Best Music for "Kita no Sakura Mori". The music is a variety of music from comical songs with plenty of percussion and wind instruments to serious, mystical, and even danceable songs that enliven the storyline.
