The eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Inoue, who was in the middle of this vortex, and Naoki Prize-winning author Arano Inoue, adapted the masterpiece novel written based on their story for the screen.
The music is composed by Masato Suzuki, who has been active as a producer, arranger, and bassist across genres since his debut as the bassist of LITTLE CREATURES.

In this film, the music is full of sadness and tenderness, adding color to the story. The closing song, "Koi Gokoro" by singer-songwriter Mariko Hamada, strikes a chord and leaves a lingering impression.
