FUYU SOUBI / OTOUTO TO ANDROID TO BOKU

Featuring two original soundtracks from the movies "FUYU SOUBI (WINTER ROSE)," directed by Junji Sakamoto and starring Kentaro Ito in an original script set in a port town, and "OTOUTO TO ANDROID TO BOKU (MY BROTHER, AN ANDROID, AND I)," a forbidden work about "ultimate loneliness" starring Etsushi Toyokawa on one CD.
The music is composed by Goro Yasukawa, who has composed music for many of Sakamoto's films.
In "FUYU SOUBI (WINTER ROSE)," the sad piano echoes and dissonant sounds express the emotions of the protagonist who can't seem to get along no matter what he does. In "OTOUTO TO ANDROID TO BOKU (MY BROTHER, AN ANDROID, AND I)," the noisy digital sound and unstable melody beautifully express the loneliness of a robot engineer who is devoted to the development of an android as another "me. This is a piece of music with a different view of the world.
