The compete original soundtrack recording by James Newton Howard (SIGNS & TREASURE PLANET) for the 1989 action film THE PACKAGE Directed by Andrew Davis (The Fugitive and Under Siege) and starring Gene Hackman (Hooisers), Joanna Cassidy (Blade Runner), Tommy Lee Jones (Men In Black & Lonesome Dove), Dennis Franz (Blow Out & NYPD BLUE) and Pam Grier (Escape from LA). This action packed score was the first major orchestral effort from James Newton Howard and remains one of the composers own personal favorite film scores. This 50+ minute CD features the entire orchestral score composed for the film performed by the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra.
