RAMUNE MONKEY

The latest work by Ryota Kosawa of "Confidence Man JP" and "Legal High" begins, starring Takashi Sorimachi, Nampo Omori, and Kenjiro Tsuda in their first triple lead role. The Fuji TV Wednesday 10 p.m. drama for the January 2026 season broadcasts "Ramune Monkey," a human comedy depicting the reunion and rebirth of adults who feel "this was not supposed to happen," delivering a "1988 youth recovery human comedy" where forgotten passion quietly, or rather slightly noisily, starts running again. The original soundtrack is released, with music by Bialystocks.
