This is a completely original social-themed police drama depicting the pride, face, conflicts and struggles between public relations officers and detectives at crime scenes. Created by a former Metropolitan Police Department reporter and news journalist, it relentlessly pursues realism, depicting the relentless efforts to solve cases from a PR perspective, alongside the behind-the-scenes media world during incidents. The "P.D." in the title stands for Police Department. Alongside lead actor Sota Fukushi, Naoto Ogata has also been confirmed to appear.
