Following their collaboration in the television revenge melodrama Shark, Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil pair up on the silver screen for the decidedly different period action blockbuster The Pirates. The two hit the high seas as bandits chasing the ultimate bounty, a giant whale that has swallowed the king's seal, in the swashbuckling action adventure. The soundtrack for Pirates comes with the film's score including the track Crimson Sea featuring Grammy-nominated violinist Richard Yongjae O'Neill.
