──The Age of Losers Has Arrived!!
The Matsuno family's sextuplets?Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, J?shimatsu, and Todomatsu?are good-for-nothing, virgin NEETs who, even after turning 20, still haven't landed steady jobs and are living off their parents.
Despite their parents' vain hopes that they'd "at least become normal adults…," the sextuplets continue to live their usual worthless lives?
until one day, when the reactions of those around them suddenly change, and their worthlessness begins to be praised.

This was the result of the "Human Scumification Project," orchestrated by a certain researcher, which redefines human values to "the more worthless you are, the more wonderful you are"…

Asked for their help by Sakura, a beautiful researcher who appeared to restore peace to the world, the sextuplets rise up to defend it.
The future of the world has been entrusted to none other than these sextuplets…!?
