1ST KISS

Original soundtrack for the film 1ST KISS. This film is the latest collaboration between screenwriter Yuji Sakamoto, who won the Cannes Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award for his film "KAIBUTSU (MONSTER)", the first Japanese film to do so, and director Ayuko Tsukahara, who is also remembered for her hit film "THE LAST MILE" and the drama "UMI NI NEMURU DIAMOND (DIAMONDS IN THE SEA)". The cast features Matsu Takako, who has the most affinity with Yuji Sakamoto's world with dramas such as "QUARTET" and "OMAMEDA TOWAKO TO 3NIN NO MOTO OTTO" is played by a member of the popular group SixTONES, who won the Best New Actor and Topic Award (Actor Category) at the 46th Japan Academy Prize. The music in the film is performed by Matsumura Hokuto, who has shown extraordinary talent as an actor, winning both the New Actor Award and the Topic Award (Actor Category) at the 46th Japan Academy Awards. The music for the film is composed by Taisei Iwasaki, who won the Best Music Award at the Japan Academy Prize for his film "BELLE (RYU TO SOBAKASU NO HIME)". In addition to the warm and sad music that accompanies the love story of two people played by Takako Matsu and Hokuto Matsumura, the film includes the ending theme ‘next to you’, written and arranged by Taisei Iwasaki and sung and written by singer-songwriter Yuga.
