CFSoundtracks and Beat Records are pleased to release on CD for the first absolute time two original soundtracks for "...scusi, ma lei le paga le tasse?" directed in 1971 by Mino Guerrini starring Franco Franchi e Ciccio Ingrassia, Lino Banfi, Karin Schubert. The film was shot almost entirely in the Primavalle area of Rome in 1971. Musically, Lallo Gori wrote a score with the typical sounds of that period with shake passages, funny motifs and pleasant swing fugatos where Nora Orlandi's 4+4 choir intervenes . "Come rubammo la bomba atomica" directed by Lucio Fulci starring Franco Franchi e Ciccio Ingrassia, Julie Menard, Bonvi, Enzo Andronico. The film was shot first in Rome and then in Egypt in 1967. The stay in Egypt was characterized by a very funny anecdote: Franco and Ciccio had never previously gone abroad and were terrified of planes. Having arrived in Egypt, fearful of local customs and diseases, they had brought crates of pasta, boxes of peeled tomatoes and mineral water from Italy. Lallo Gori wrote a score based on espionage atmospheres, with Middle Eastern colors and a captivating main theme that often recurs in instrumental variations and the vocal form sung by Elsa called "Protesto" who also performs the opening titles song "Shari el Nil" (these two songs are all that was released in 1967 on a 45 rpm single by Beat Record, which cannot be found today). This CD with the generous lenght of 78:39 has been realized using the the mono master tapes of the original recording sessions.
