Selected as Korea's Oscar candidate for Best Foreign Language Film, the historical action drama is based on a real-life story that took place during the 1980 Gwangju Uprising, which played an important role in the development of Korean democracy. Song Kang Ho portrays a taxi driver who helps a German journalist (Thomas Kretschmann) expose the massacre and the government's brutality to the world.
Track ListThe soundtrack of A Taxi Driver features 26 instrumental tracks produced by Jo Young Wook, the music director of the soundtracks of Oldboy and Inside Men.
