Powerful, driving, soundtrack music with medieval battle themes.
This work is from the creative mind of the young (written at age 15) award winning composer Jeffery Emerson Gaiser. Jeffrey scored the music to the award winning short film A FRGILE HOPE by T. James Kay. The story takes us to the apocalyptic future where man-kind has been reduced to a medieval existence and once again is fighting with swords. The main character Joshua tries to rally his small and tired army to battle the seemingly un-stoppable evil enemy army.

This album takes the listener on that journey to a future place and time and expands on the themes from the short film to tell the story in music.

The opening track (Main Title) in an overture to the story. The next track depicts the villagers leaving loved ones to join Joshua's army (Farewell). The army battles (Assailing the Hill) and is once again defeated (Defeat). Joshua sends out riders to call for reinforcements (The Messengers) and Joshua's close friend gives his life to get the riders through enemy lines (Kaelebs Last Stand). Joshua in his tent writes a last letter to his father (The Final Letter) before facing his foe in what may be his last battle. The story concludes with a building to Joshua's speech to his forces (We Sleep No More) and the only vocal track (Heaven Shines).
Recommended if you like Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, John Debney. From a rare indies Label. Cardsleeve.
